Before the Big Day

Organisation

Arranging a Wedding abroad doesn’t have to be a stressful process – It can be a fun and exciting project; your personal wedding co-ordinator will do everything possible to make your special day uncomplicated and stress-free. As part the planning progresses, your co-ordinator will keep you updated on the current progress of your wedding with regular emails and verifying all events and services.


Lyndyloo understands that no detail is too small; you can contact us anytime to discuss the smallest of details, from the colour of your flower arrangements to the ribbons on your wedding stationary.
Don’t forget, a detailed wedding program will be sent to you prior to your departure covering all aspects of your wedding in Spain. All you have to do is get here on time!
 
 

Stationary



We have a selection of elegant stationary, but we can also arrange for beautiful hand-made stationary of your choice and colour, these designs on request. If you’ve seen a design in the UK that you adore, but find the costs to be astronomical, simply send us a sample, and we will provide you with a quote from one of our stationary producers in Spain - You may be amazed by the savings!

 


 

Grooms Suit Purchases

Tuxedo rental is available is throughout the UK, but seems to cost a fortune to hire one out. Size availability should be taken into consideration especially for those who have special size or style requirements. We have Special Discounts with a supplier of Quality Mens Suits.
 
 
 
 Hotel & Villa Reservations


Once we receive an appropriate deposit, we will book the accommodation for you and your wedding party. Obviously the sooner you book, the better - If you are late in making your reservations the cost of your wedding may not change, but the availability of the location is at stake if you wait too long. Simply notify us with your plans and we will be able to offer you several options for accommodation that fit your price and location requirements. Remember, your own Villa could be as close, or as far from your family as you would like.
 
 
 
Rehearsals Dinner

Rehearsal dinners play an essential role in any wedding, especially a wedding abroad. Most of the guests and family members have travelled long distances and planning a rehearsal dinner prior to the night of the wedding is a way of saying thank you for making the journey.
Your wedding co-ordinator can help you plan an unforgettable evening with flamenco dancing, music, and local wines, followed by an intimate dinner in a top restaurant.
 

Programme of Events

We are one of the only companies in Spain that sends a complete and exhaustive wedding program to you before you travel to Spain. This way you and your fiancée will have all the details covered point by point and are sure that all services discussed with your co-ordinator are booked.
 
 

The Wedding Day


Wedding Ceremony

We will do everything possible to make your wedding ceremony a unique and special event. Whether you choose to have a civil or religious ceremony, you are able to personalize every aspect of your wedding in Spain. Maybe you would like to use your own personal vows during the ceremony? We will tailor the ceremony especially for you - just ask your wedding co-ordinator for assistance and advice.
 

 

Transportation

Your personal Wedding Co-ordinator can organize any style of transportation required for your big day, whether it be a luxury car such as a decorated white Mercedes, an antique car such as a Rolls Royce, a boat for seaside locations, or a beautiful Horse Drawn Carriage - We have it all covered at Lyndyloo. We offer many different models of luxury & vintage cars to choose from. All cars can be hired with a private chauffeur who will be uniformed and professional at all times. We will ensure the car is decorated to a high standard, with ribbons and flowers in honour of the newlyweds. There really is nothing more special than being chauffeured to and from the wedding venue in a decorated vintage Rolls Royce!
 
 
 
Hair & Make-up for Bride and Bridesmaids

All of our stylists have years of experience and can create a hairstyle to match your style, features and dress accessories. We recommend a pre-wedding consultation so that the stylist has extra time to create the exact look you want on your wedding day.
 
Our hairdressers and beauticians will travel to your villa or hotel so that you do not have to worry about making appointments in a country you are not familiar with.
Manicures and pedicures as well as other beauty treatments can be arranged in your own accommodation as well. We want you to look your best on your special day so why not splash out on that spa day you’ve always wanted?
 

Flowers

Our florists can make any type of floral arrangement from simple bouquets to intricate and extravagant table centres. We would love to receive your input and ideas when it comes to the flower arrangements - Photos often help us to provide you with exact costs for the arrangements you specify. If you need some assistance our personal wedding co-ordinators have hundreds of ideas to decorate your wedding in Spain.
 
 
Wedding Cakes

We use only the most experienced and tested bakers and cake decorators available. We guarantee your cake will be beautifully presented, and delicious. As we use many quality bakers, the flavour of your cake is limited only by your taste!
 
We can arrange for any type of cake, from a simple vanilla sponge with cream and red berries, to a wildly indulgent chocolate sponge cake with cream, chocolate mouse and black cherries, garnished with chocolate shavings! Go on, why not spoil yourself?
 
 
 
Menus

Food is an essential part of your wedding in Spain and deciding on the menu for your wedding celebration is a fantastically enjoyable job! A selection of menu options and ideas will be forwarded to you by your personal wedding co-ordinator based on your budget, number of guests, and special dietary requirements.
 
We offer all kinds of special menus such as vegetarian and kosher catering. Perhaps an open bar and a delicious buffet would be your perfect alternative to a 5 course formal dinner? Whatever you want, we are there to help.
 
Music

To create precisely the right atmosphere for your wedding and reception, a perfect choice of music is essential. You may want a violin quartet for the wedding ceremony, but a DJ at the evening reception to really get the party started! Whatever your tastes, we can help you organise it

 
 
Photography

When you look back on your wedding in years to come, the most vivid memories will be awoken by your photographs of the day. We only use professional photographers with years of experience to capture an occasion as special as your wedding day.

However many photographs you decide to purchase, twice as many proofs are taken so that the best photos can be selected to capture your wedding in Spain. The photographer can shoot pictures before, during and after the ceremony so that not one special moment is missed. Some of the best images we have seen have been of the bride & groom preparing for the wedding, completely oblivious of the photographer - Pictures like this really do help to share the experience with friends and family that could not make the trip.

Your favourite photos can then be printed in large format. You may choose to have a mix of black and white and colour photos taken. The negatives can be purchased and you can have as many copies printed as you would like, for family and friends.
 
 

Wedding Videos

Photographs are a wonderful way to share the excitement of your wedding day with everyone, but video truly captures the moment forever. Our videographers can arrange a professional 20 to 30 minute video of your wedding day in Spain. We can arrange for as many copies of the film as you require, in either VHS or DVD format.
 
Fireworks

Start your wedding celebration with a bang - literally! We can organize live firework displays in most locations. Ask your wedding co-ordinator if this service is available at your wedding venue.
