The kitchen comes equipped with dishwaster, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Outside there is a washing machine in the utility area..
The lounge / dining room as a leater sofa seating 5 people and a dining table, SKY TV with wall mounted TV.

All bookings are subjeect of £50 deposit to secure dates and booking, with balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required upon arrival and will be returned when keys are handed back at the end of the stay.
All bookings subject of end of rental cleaning payable on day you leave which is 50 Euros. Welcome packs, airport transfers and car hire can also be arranged if required.....
